GO365plus Refund Policy
At GO365plus, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our Requesters and Workers. This refund policy
outlines the conditions under
which refunds are granted and the process for requesting a refund.
1. Requester Refunds
We collect various types of information to provide and improve our services to you.
1.1 Task Cancellation
- Before Task Approval: Requesters who cancel their task before it is approved will receive a refund of
98% of the amount paid.
The remaining 2% is retained for processing.
- Task Rejection and deletion: If a task is deleted or rejected, refunds will be based on the number of
engagements not yet completed.
This applies both if the task is deleted by the Requester, deleted or rejected by our platform admin.
1.2 Failed Deposit Transactions
- Platform-Caused Failures: Any deposit transaction failures caused by our platform will be fully
refunded immediately if the amount was received by us.
2. Worker Refunds
2.1 Reward Issues
- Unavailable Rewards: If a Worker has a pending task on a post that is no longer available, the
earnings for that task will not be added to their account. T
hey have the option to remove their engagement and perform other available tasks.
2.2 Point Discrepancies
- Incorrect Amount Allocation: Workers who believe they did not receive the correct amount for
completed tasks can request a review.
If verified, the correct amount will be added to the Worker's account. Requests must be submitted within 14
days of task completion.
2.3 Activation Fee Refund
- Account activation fee is a one-time payment of 1,000 Naira that enables
you access the full features of Our platform as a Worker. T
his fee is non-refundable.
3. Refund Request Process
3.1 How to Request a Refund
- You can use our contact detail or the live chat option to contact our support team and start refund process.
3.2 Review and Approval
- All refund requests will be reviewed by the GO365plus support team.
- The review process may take up to 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days of approval.
4. General Conditions
- Fraudulent Activity: GO365plus reserves the right to deny refund requests if fraudulent activity is
suspected.
- Terms and Conditions: All refund requests are subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the
time of registration.
- Changes to Refund Policy: GO365plus reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any
changes will be communicated to Workers and Requesters via email and updated on our website.
