1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on GO365plus, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of any revised terms.

GO365Plus do not post tasks for workers every day. Instead, it was typically designed as marketplaces where requesters (who may be businesses, researchers, or individuals) can independently post tasks whenever they need them completed.

How It Works:

Requesters Post Tasks: GO365Plus provides the infrastructure, but it is the requesters who create and post tasks according to their needs. This means tasks may be posted at any time, depending on the demand from the requesters.

Continuous Flow of Tasks: Because requesters from around the world can post tasks at any time, there is usually a continuous flow of available tasks on GO365Plus. However, the volume of tasks can fluctuate depending on factors such as the time of year, specific events, or the nature of the work.

Platform Management: GO365Plus owners focus on maintaining the website, ensuring that it runs smoothly, providing support to both requesters and workers, handling payments, and marketing the platform to attract both requesters and workers.

Platform Owners' Role:

Facilitating the Marketplace: Rather than posting tasks, GO365Plus owners are responsible for facilitating the marketplace where tasks are exchanged for payment. They manage the infrastructure, ensure the platform is user-friendly, handle disputes, and sometimes vet tasks to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Revenue Generation: GO365Plus owners typically earn money by taking a percentage of the payment from each completed task or by charging requesters fees to post tasks. Our focus is on scaling the platform and increasing its user base, rather than manually posting tasks.

In summary, the daily posting of tasks is driven by the requesters' needs rather than the GO365Plus owners, allowing for a dynamic and user-driven task market.

2. User Account Activation

For Workers

To start earning with GO365plus, you must activate your account through a one-time payment of 1,000 Naira. This activation fee is non-refundable and is required to access the earning features of our platform.

2.1 Non-Refundable Activation Fee

• The 1,000 Naira activation fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. It is used solely to activate your account and grant you access to our earning opportunities.

3. Earnings and Task Submission

For Workers

GO365plus provides various tasks that users can complete to earn money. These tasks are subject to review and approval by our team.

3.1 Task Review and Approval

• Every task you submit will undergo a review process to ensure it has been performed accurately and as per the guidelines provided.
• The approval of tasks is at the sole discretion of GO365plus. We reserve the right to reject any task submission if it does not meet our standards or guidelines.

3.2 Genuine Task Performance

• Submitting a task without genuinely performing it will result in no earnings. Users found submitting false or incomplete task reports may face penalties, including account suspension, ban, or deletion.

4. Account Responsibilities

As a user of GO365plus, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and ensuring that all activities that occur under your account comply with our terms and conditions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete task reports.
• Attempting to exploit or abuse the earning system.
• Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or our staff.

6. Account Termination

GO365plus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions.

6.1 Reasons for Account Termination

• Engaging in prohibited conduct as outlined in section 5.
• Repeatedly submitting tasks without genuinely performing them.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prices for our services, including the activation fee, are subject to change without notice. GO365plus reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved in accordance with Nigerian law.

10. Additional Terms for Requesters

For Requesters

As an advertiser on GO365plus, you agree to adhere to the following terms to ensure the integrity and efficiency of our platform:

10.1 Account Security

• Protect your account information at all times. Do not share your login details with anyone.

10.2 Accurate Submission

• Always submit correct and functional links to your posts. Ensure that the content linked is accurate and relevant.

10.3 Post Cancellation and Refund Policy

• You can cancel a post before it is approved. In such cases, you are eligible for a 98% refund of the payment made for the post. The remaining 2% is retained as a processing fee.

10.4 Engagement Management

• Instead of creating multiple posts for the same content, increase the engagement target for a particular link to boost interactions.
• Be aware that engagements (likes, shares, comments) might be removed by social platforms if deemed spammy or if they violate platform policies. GO365plus is not responsible for such removals.
